These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pbajee ("pbajee", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pbajee website located at pbajee.bio and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered players, and any person interacting with any part of the pbajee platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. pbajee reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify the information you have provided. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

1.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, pbajee is required to complete a KYC verification check. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card or passport) and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot showing your bKash or Nagad account number). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time requested will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and operate only one pbajee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If pbajee detects duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, any bonus funds will be forfeited in full, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided at pbajee's sole discretion.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. pbajee will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pbajee support immediately via the contact details provided on the website.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your pbajee account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and verification checks. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. pbajee also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if it determines that continued operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only paid to a payment method registered in the same name as your pbajee account. pbajee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. 3.3 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in relation to a deposit made to pbajee while simultaneously holding a pbajee account balance constitutes a breach of this Agreement. pbajee reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of any amounts subject to an illegitimate chargeback.

pbajee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all pbajee promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per payment method as specified in the individual offer terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pbajee and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Money laundering or using pbajee for any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or transact.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party who is ineligible to hold a pbajee account.

pbajee actively monitors gameplay patterns for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts found in breach of these rules will be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.

All content on the pbajee platform — including but not limited to the pbajee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pbajee or its licensed content providers.
